Do you offer pickup services ? What time of check-in and check- out ?

Can I stay without meals ? What plans do you offer to the guests ?

A

We often offer a typical Japanese package of a room, dinner, breakfast and hot spring bathing,
we would organize your booking with B&B, too.

It is our pleasure to accommodate single travelers.
Children's charges are subject to the meals you choose, those who are twelve years and up are charged as adults.

Q

How the cancellation fee is required to guests ? What is your cancellation policy ?

A

Cancellation fee will incur a charge as shown in the following :
 in prior to 7 days to 5 days of Check-in date 20% of the hotel charge
 4 days to 2 days of Check-in date 30% of the hotel charge
 1 day and on the day of Check-in date 100% of the hotel charge
 The full rate is charged if you cancel without notice.
For groups of customers of 15 people and up, we apply a different policy. Please make inquiries to us.

What onsen (bath) facilities do you have ? How to enjoy them?

A

We have “YAMA NO KAKURE YU” (Secret open-air bath), which we can reserve only for your couple / family / group.

Can I take hot spring bath without staying ?

A

We offer Lunch and Onsen package, see the page of Onsen Experience.
We offer you experience only taking YAMA NO KAKURE YU (Secret open-air bath),

I’m allergic to some foods. I’m a vegetarian. Can I ask you to change the dishes ?

A

In such cases, please confer with us when you make reservation. We will comply the requests as much as possible.
For vegetarians, we can serve dishes composed with vegetables, To-fu, Yuba ( Soymilk’s skin / crepe) and Fu(pieces of wheat gluten).

Can I have western dishes ?

A

We offer Japanese Kaiseki (cuisine) dishes composed with seasonal fresh dishes for dinner.
Of course, we can arrange your meals included Beef shabu-shabu / Sukiyaki (Hot pot dishes) and more dishes
as you requested as we could.
However, for breakfast, we can offer it in western style. Please require us you need them when you make reservation.

Q

Where do we have meals ? Can we have it with children/ infants in the room ?

A

We often offer meals at dining restaurant “ZUIKA”.
If you are family with baby/ infants and children, we offer you dinner in your room, or other banquet room.
As well as it, please require us if you would prefer having dinner in your room when you make booking us.

Q

How late can we ask for dinner ?

A

The last order hour both for dining and dinner in your room is 8 p.m.
If you arrive here after 18:00, please call us once on the day.

Can I pay the bill by credit card ?

A

Yes. We accept the following credit cards.

* Charging excludes installments, and voids other discounts and / or privileges in cases.

Can I pay hotel’s charge in foreign currency ?

A

No, we only accept Japanese Yen. Please prepare Yen or credit card for your payment.

Can I exchange money in the hotel ?

A

No. We ask you to exchange money at the airport or at a bank.

Q

I don’t speak Japanese fluently.

A

Please don’t worry. Some of our staffs can speak English / Chinese.
We will do our best to offer you extremely impressive stay in Ryokan.

Do you have guest rooms with western beds ?

A

Yes. We have a set of a twin-bed room and a Japanese tatami room named “Akatoki” and a western room “Seiyu”,
with a Jacuzzi bath and Hollywood twin beds equipped with a canopy.
Almost guest rooms in Japanese tatami mats style, some of other Japanese-style rooms which has twin-bed.

Is Internet access available ?

A

Yes. There are free Wi-Fi spot in two public spaces. Also it is available to access with LAN cable at there and in the following 6 rooms;
 Akatoki, Seoto, Sawarabi, Honami, Togasumi and Seiyu
We can lend LAN cables and laptop.
International calls are available through your room phone.

Q

What amenities are offered in your hotel ?

A

In every room, we offer a tooth brush, a comb, a hair brush, a hair dryer, a towel,
Yukata robe and a pair of Tabi(a kind of socks in Japanese style). Others are subject to rooms. You can stay in Ryokan in Yukata.

Q

Do you lend a transformer ?

A

No, we have no transformers ready to lend. Japanese voltage is 100.
Please take your own transformer and plug adapter with you.
